- Minimum of 10+2+3 years education pattern with supporting documents is mandatory (2016/17/18 pass outs only)
- Candidates with standing arrears are not eligible
- Excellent verbal & written communications skill.
- Flexible to work on Night shifts
- Basic knowledge in MS-Office
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Attend to the queries from employees on areas that are processed by the shared services functions
- Managing & Recording the queries in form of cases or tickets for tracking purposes
- Provide clarity to the queries and resolve issues associated as per the defined company policy and procedures
- Escalate issues that needs subject matter expert interference to the respective functional teams within shared services
- Maintains history of records and related problem documentation
- Maintains composure in critical situations Understands organizational functions
- Provide feedback to the lead on common issues/concerns observed on a real-time basis
- Identifies, evaluates, and prioritizes employee issues and complaints related to the Shared services functions
- Analyzes and evaluates issue reports and makes recommendations to employee experience Ensures service level agreements are met or exceeded
