- 2019 / 2020 /2021 pass out
- B.E./ B. Tech (CS, IS, EC, EEE) / MCA/ MS /BSc (CS, IT)
- 0-12 months of IT Industry experience
- 60% aggregate in highest qualification (no backlogs)
Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in an international environment are important.
- Being comfortable using technology tools that are distant and wide-ranging is also important.
- Having a positive attitude towards learning new things is also important.
- Good knowledge of logical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
- The skills that a customer handling agent has are an advantage.
- Ability to coordinate with different people/teams
Technical skills:
- good knowledge of the SOPs and the ability to work within the allotted time.
- Good knowledge of server administration (Application, Database & FTP).
- Good knowledge of networking concepts.
- Knowledge of MySQL, SQL, and Linux is advantageous.
- Service operations knowledge is a plus.
- PowerShell scripting skill is an extra benefit.
- Knowledge of tools like TFS, and SharePoint is an advantage.
- Any programming language knowledge is a benefit.
