- Responsible for the operational and management reporting responsibilities
- Develop monitoring and reporting capability to effectively track the performance of each functional area
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and drive daily numbers of the business unit
- Drive results in a volume of resolutions, reduction in variability and high-quality scores
- Analyze data statistically and provide a meaningful and relevant summary
- Interacting Closely with client stakeholders and building reliable rapport

- Eligible Course: B.E./ B. Tech (All branches)/MBA/B.Com.
