Healthcare/Medical Device Domain Experience

Participate in business drawing Processes with respect to SFDC
functionality. -
Participate in Stakeholder Meetings Should have
experience in working in an Agile Development model. -
Should
have a good understanding of Service Function processes specifically
around Work Order Management, Case and Complaint Management, Site Installation
Management, Field -
Service Management, and Knowledge Management.
