2021, 2020, and 2019 passed out candidates

We expect individuals who are passionate to work in a challenging next-gen software product development environment will be the best fits. We have no criterion for a minimum CGPA or arrears.

Avasoft Skills Required:

• Having an attitude of openness, eagerness, and endless possibilities.
• Somebody who starts with great doubt and great faith, having this mindset is the highest rating for attitude in our performance pyramid.
• Very good speaking and written skills in English.
• A person who treats everybody equally, asks questions when not sure to whoever it might be on the other side.
• Technical knowledge with the intent to problem-solving would be preferred. Expertise is not a must.

Avasoft Employment Details:

• For candidates who have been selected in the final interview will be provided with offer letters.
• The candidates who accept the offer will go through an internship for a period of 6 months.
• The internship is expected to start in the month of September and will be full-time during this period.
• The interns will be provided a stipend of INR 10,000 per month during the internship.
• The interns will start their full-time employment post their internship receiving the salary package ranging from 3 LPA to 4 LPA.
• The interns will have an option to opting out of the internship within 4 weeks from the start of the internship if they feel that AVASOFT is not the right place for them. There will be no questions asked.
• Useful Interview Tips For Freshers
• After the 4-week internship completion, we expect the intern to work with us during the rest of the internship and for a period of 2 years as a full-time employee. If they want to discontinue any time before that they can by paying us the training cost amounting to INR 1.5 Lakhs.

Avasoft Interview Process:

• Complete the registration to get the required credentials after verification.
• Make sure you are taking up the first level of evaluation immediately after your registration to enter our interview process.
• The first level of evaluation comprises a preliminary check, essay writing, precise writing, and programming test.
• The results for the 1st level of evaluation will be out within 10-15 days.
• Shortlisted candidates will undergo the following process:
  • Group discussion will be conducted through a virtual platform.
  • Coding Test (All the shortlisted candidates will take up both group discussion and coding test).
  • Interview with Senior Managers (For candidates selected based on the consolidated results obtained from coding test and GD).
  • Final Interview with Center Head (For candidates selected based on Interview performance).
