Eligibility Criteria for Ciena Off Campus Drive 2023:

Bachelor Degree in Engineering/ Bachelor of Computer Applications/ Master of Computer Applications
0-1 year of professional software development experience
Strong, object-oriented design and coding skills
Familiar with building complex web applications using Angular, Java and Spring, Kafka
Experience with designing highly interactive web applications with performance, scalability, accessibility, usability, design, and security in mind
Solid software development background including design patterns, data structures, test driven development
Experience with distributed (multi-tiered) systems, algorithms, and relational and Graph databases
Ability to work in an Agile environment
Knowledge of Scala, Python programming language is a plus
Knowledge of development tools such as Git, Jira, Bitbucket
Familiarity with CI frameworks such as Jenkins, Grafana, Docker, Kubernetes
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
