JOB DESCRIPTION:
Looking for the person who can prepare purchase orders, keep track of purchases and supplies, and handle inquiries about orders. They gather information and records to draw up purchase orders for procurement of materials and services.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Collate purchase orders and purchase requisitions in order to order materials, goods, and supplies.
  • Need to be good at Quantitative knowledge with good accuracy, weights.
  • Interact with the purchasing team regularly.
  • Send them to the suppliers.
  • Review inventories and order as required according to Receiving Note.
  • Interact with the suppliers on a day to day basis.
  • Review deliveries against the orders.
  • Need to make any changes according to Receiving Note.
  • Track the status of any orders; update the details in Software provided.
  • Deal with non supplied, under orders, over orders, and damaged goods.
  • Ensure that any invoices are sent to accounts for payments.
  • Produce and maintain all reports.
  • Manage any procurement activities including RFP’s (Request for Proposals).
  • Generally help out with smaller purchases, reviews, and inventory matters.
  • Liaison with other departments, particularly the accounting and stock departments.
  • Budgeting, costing and cost-saving after reviewing the management information available.

Job Description:: We are looking for a person who can effectively participate and understand the analytics process by compiling data and visualizing trends and occurrences update dashboards and Visualizations of complex data sets and calculations. Developing and monitoring data quality metrics and ensure business data and reporting needs are met.
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Understand, analyze, and Handle a complete dashboard strategy by designing and implementing it at different platforms.
  • Need to cross-check and update the dashboard according to the invoices.
  • Analyze the product details according to invoices that are to be displayed at the dashboard.
  • Need to coordinate and provide an update with the Business Development team for price comparison of other competitor platforms
  • Presentation skills and interpersonal skills to interact with various internal and external stakeholders and our customers.
  • Should have knowledge of Margin Analysis.
  • Comparing the list of products displayed in the dashboard and invoice.
  • Regularly coordinate with the Business development team regarding pricing strategies, product invoices and stock details.
  • Good at MS.Excel and whenever required need to update the data according to the requirement.
  • Administer everyday business activities to prepare all business strategies and manage all communication to ensure the maintenance of all supplies in the organization.
  • Should have a full idea about the prices of good prevailing in the market.
