A person who communicates with customers understands their questions as well as solves sophisticated technical issues. In this role, you will quickly learn different components in our architecture and understand how they connect to each other. Responsibilities:
- Triage and Resolve a variety of Support questions or issues from multiple inbound channels.
- Meet and exceed expectations on response quality, timeliness of responses, and overall customer experience.
- Provide technical updates to the team.
- Write automation scripts and, depending on bandwidth, may be asked to execute feature tests.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 1+ years experience in UI and API and Python programming.
- Familiarity with JSON and RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting and debugging.
- Comfortable working with different teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to remain calm, composed, and eloquent when taking care of difficult customer situations.
- Passion for solving customer issues and advocating for their success, in a fast-paced,
- highly technical environment.
- Knowledge in Networking is a plus
- Knowledge of WiFi is a plus
- Knowledge in Machine Learning is a plus
