LiveVox Recruitment Drive Job Description:
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Responsible for testing through the entire lifecycle of a project, including test case development execution and verification
Tracking and reporting software defects, along with verifying resolved issues in the ticket tracking application
Assist in on-going process improvement for test case management
Provide the team with testing progress and continuous risk assessment during the Testing phase
Support validation efforts by acquiring evidence during testing phase, as well as generating validation reports at cycle end
Interact with other team members to incorporate their innovations and vice versa and displays commitment to excellence
Works on assignments that are routine in nature, requiring limited judgment
Collaborate communicate with other project teams and support groups to coordinate cross-project initiatives to improve the quality quicker resolutions
Education/Experience Requirements:
Should have around a year of experience in manual software testing
Should have good knowledge of manual testing concepts
Should have experience in creating test cases
Should have knowledge of web service testing and tools used for testing
Knowledge about web-based product functionality
Sharp attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Passionate, creative, flexible, independent, and self-motivated individuals who take initiative and ownership of projects are desired
Knowledge/Experience in automation tools are added advantage
Effective communication in English is essential
Experience in Product Life Cycle Testing Procedures, Standard Manual Testing Procedures, and Practices
Basic SQL knowledge is a must
Should be ready to works under close supervision
