Responsible :
- Conducting telephonic interviews with the existing and potential users as per the scripted questionnaire to conduct primary research.
- Compiling and recording the data obtained from the interviews to understand user narratives.
- Translating questions in Telugu to conduct user studies when required.
- Helping in secondary research as and when required in accordance with the project assigned.
- Involving in face to face on ground research studies as and when required.
Required Skills :-
- Should be proficient in Kannada & English (Proficiency in more than one Indian language is highly preferred).
- Strong interpersonal skills & listening skill.;
- Having strong empathy microsoft tools. towards the users.
- Should be comfortable with having extended conversations with the users
- Prior experience in primary research is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other
