ABOUT CHALLENGE:
To build a strong team of Engineers in the AI and RPA (HyperAutomation) areas. This challenge will test individuals on Problem Solving related to Algorithms and Data Structures in Python. One coding question will be of medium complexity. The Hard question will include bonus weightage. The goal of this challenge is to understand the individual’s technical depth, as well as analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Years of experience: 0+ years (2022 and below graduates)
- Skills: Prochant’s Technology Platform comprises of the following components
- Workflow and Workforce Management – Azure, .Net, C#, WebAPI, DevExpress
- Analytics – SSIS/SSAS, SQL Server
- RPA and AI – Python, Jupyter
Challenge Format:
- 10 MCQs
- 2 Programming Questions
Recruitment process:
Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed by Engineering and HR teams. Technical interviews will focus on the coding problems and solutions.
Skills:
- 2+ years of Automation Development experience in Python, JS, .NET or other coding languages
- Experience developing with RPA tools like RoboCorp, UiPath, BluePrism, or Automation Anywhere
- Demonstrate strong communication skills to translate technical software solutions to non-technical clients
- Experience in software development in developing robust web applications and API programming
- Preferred knowledge in Big Data technologies (AWS, Spark) and database management systems (MySQL, SQL Server).
