Job Summary:

SAP Web Analytics is a Software-as-a-service (SaaS) on SAP BTP. The application helps in collecting, reporting and analyzing website usage data and thus offer insights on how well your websites are performing in key channels. These insights can lead to critical improvements and help in optimizing overall user experience of web applications.

ROLE

• You will be part of the support team and will work closely with the technical lead on maintenance of the service.
• Self-learn new technologies and apply those in the product development in an integrated fashion.
  Work independently for technical concepts and does not solely on architect.
• Work with teams across organizational and geographical boundaries to design and develop the state-of-the-art architecture for SAP applications in Business Technology Platform (BTP).
• Have a passion for problem solving and are always pushing for better, faster, simpler, more engaging solutions to complex business processes and technical challenges

ROLE REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering or related with 0 to 3 years of experience in professional software development, preferably within a scrum team.
• Adequate knowledge of any programming language and database
• Fair understanding of DevOps and operations of cloud services
• Knowing PHP, RUBY and JavaScript is an additional advantage.
• Collaboration skills to work with others and sharing your knowledge and ideas. Desirous to take responsibility for organizing and developing yourself.
• Should be able to trouble shoot the customer issues and do the RCA and provide required solution.
